1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Items that are opened, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and intimate items (e.g., underwear), are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., personal care products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Downloadable software products
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- Items must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or the option to choose a different item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

- Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement, an exchange, or a refund. In such cases, Prime Marketplace will cover the return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. To ensure the smooth return process:
- Use the shipping label provided.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
7. International Returns
Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States, and international orders are not available at this time. Therefore, we do not process international returns.
8. Canceling or Modifying Orders
You may cancel or modify your order before it is processed (typically within 24 hours of placing the order). If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Return Process to return the item for a refund or exchange.
